Process

I begin a project by meeting with you to ascertain your needs and 'wish list' for your landscape. You may have a plant list, photos from magazines or colors that interest you. Your input in the process is invaluable – this is your landscape! I photograph and measure the area to be designed. I search out plants that will meet your expectations, fit your zone and microclimates, complement your home, and most importantly enhance the value of your property.

All of my designs are hand drawn to scale. Included with the design is a plant list with both botanical and common names, brief description of the plant, and ultimate size of the plant. My designs are meant for either the homeowner who wants to do the installation or the client's contractor. I will work closely with either to ensure that the design is implemented correctly.

I also consult on an hourly basis.
